2008-2009 was a significant year at CAS and we have many accomplishments to celebrate!

Awards

• Received the Gold Award for Healthy Workplaces from the London-Middlesex Health Department

Community Engagement & Support

• Supported the Native community as they work to establish a new Native child protection agency
• Awarded 24 bursaries to youth in care to support post secondary education
• Provided 235 camping opportunities to children in the community through Project C.A.M.P.

Events

• Raised $100,000 at the Labatt 24 Hour Relay
• Participated in the Annual Pride Parade supporting gay/lesbian/transsexual youth and communicating our respect and value for all families
