- as required by law or by a treaty, agreement, or arrangement made under an Act or an Act of Canada;
- to comply with our legal and regulatory requirements;
- for our case records to support emergency and coverage as may be needed;
- to facilitate provision of services such as family visiting program and volunteer supports;
- for the purpose of a legal proceeding where the agency is a party or witness,
- to review the service that we provide to help us improve;
- to train/educate and promote the learning of child welfare staff;
- to support operational planning;
- research conducted by the CASLM, subject to regulations; and,
- to seek service user feedback.
If your information were to be used for any other purpose, your specific permission would be sought and required.
