To report child abuse or neglect, please call us at 519-455-9000 or toll free at 1-888-661-6167. Our office is located at 1680 Oxford St., E., London, ON N5Y 5R8. Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. To report concerns outside of business hours, please contact our After Hours Service at 519-858-5998. Reports can be made anonymously.
If you have immediate concerns about the safety or wellbeing of a child or youth, please call 9-1-1.
