The government released a new Directive for the broader public sector
titled the Broader Public Sector (BPS) Business Documents Directive.
It was issued under the authority of the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act, 2010, which was recently amended by the Public Sector and MPP Accountability and Transparency Act, 2014.
The Directive is effective January 1, 2016 and requires designated BPS
organizations, which CASLM is, to prepare and publish online their
business plans and other business or financial documents. A link to the

Executive-Level Staff and Board Member Travel Expenses Directive
This Directive issued under section 20.1 of the Child and Family Services Act (CFSA)
requires all CASs to post audited travel expenses incurred by
executive-level staff and board members to their public websites on an
annual basis, effective March 31, 2017.
